Mission
To provide funding towards a comprehensive emotional, spiritual, and physical rehabilitation for victims of abuse and disasters who might not otherwise have the financial means to defray the costs of reconstructive surgery, follow up wound care and emotional support. In addition, the Foundation is committed to providing continuing educational opportunities for physicians as well as the general public.
  • Provide reconstructive surgery to Victims of Violence who do not have the ability to pay or insurance does not cover these services:
    • Domestic Abuse
    • Disasters
    • Burn Victims
  • Follow-up Care
  • Education to Physicians and the Public
  • Self-esteem Building
  • Crisis Management
  • Life Skills Building Program

All requests for services are given careful consideration by the Foundation's Allocation Committee.

Referrals
Law enforcement officials, physicians, agencies, hospitals, and individuals may make referrals to the foundation. All referrals are directed to the Board of Governors for consideration of qualification. Qualification for aesthetic, reconstructive, or laser surgery, psychological counseling, or self-esteem building is determined on an individual basis.
